Once Coronati Basin NPCing is reviewed and merged, there should be a clutter pass in the cell Umalor Plantation, Dalmil's House.

It's very sparse and filled with junk, not fitting very well with the FurnM and the spacious farmhouse. There's also some remnants of it being the house of a netch herder, but the netch herding duties of the plantation have now been given to the sister living in the smaller house. This occupant here is a single, male, moderately successful, tanna-farming Dunmer.
