The questgiver of the Ring of Euphoria quest in Teyn, uses "this one" in his dialogue - it's an after-Morrowind convention that TR chose to avoid (and instead use it for Argonians, in accordance with vanilla). Morrowind Khajiit simply use their names in place of a personal pronoun.
