While you're on the Old Ebonheart horse-canvassing quest, every single Dunmer in m3 (i.e., all the way to Necrom) gets a response to the "seen a horse" topic and talks about being asked by an Ashlander about it. This is annoying and doesn't even make sense, the Ashlanders who bought the horse made it like five cells from OE.

I've filtered it to the Aanthirin region instead (and still m3, so only the eastern bank). That means instead of a thousand NPCs, there's now only, like, five who get that response, but for those it might actually make sense. While at it, I changed "Once had an Ashlander ask me" to "Once I had an Ashlander ask me" to make it less colloquial, and removed the "how in Oblivion", because there's only two uses of that phrase (both TR), and it doesn't sound like something a Dunmer should say in a generic response.
