After haven spoken to Vivec in the main quest, Temple members will greet the player (Greeting 7) with that the Archcanon has announced that you have been selected as a champion to meet Dagoth Ur. Here a specific greeting is used on the mainland to reflect that it is the Archcanon on Vvardenfell who made the announcement. This response is however ending up too high up in the topic list, making it blocking the response where the defeat of Dagoth Ur is acknowledged.
