Two changes that should be done after AT is NPCed:

1. Rebalance of gold and ordinator aggression values in Q1, which depends on the amount of pilgrims in AT.
2. I expected that Falura Andavel, the Q2 target, will be placed inside her house, but instead she's in a tavern and her house is locked. Adosi Biran's advice in Q2 should be changed to account for that.
