TR_Factions makes edits to the TR_m1_T_CouncilorSc script that contains the necessary logic for the Telvanni Hortator quest and that was assigned to all of the Telvanni Masters, but Faruna is now using a different script (TR_m1_T_FarunaSC). So Factions now needs to edit Faruna's script with the logic from the generic Councilor script.
