A few issues here and there in the Lan Orethan region:

• In Mulnabi Tunnel, there is a note (TR_m3_lootnote_i3-536-ind) saying that the cave is infested with beetles and shalk, and supposedly the author died from a disease he got from them. But there are neither, only rats are present.
• The back door to Turelas, located at (277087.219, -197444.234, 1644.652) has a very visible gap between the door and the frame.
• The staircase at (260032.000, -216320.000, -24.453) has a problematic placement. Due to the steep cliffs along the river sides, it is difficult to get out of the river if ending up in the water, so it would be desired to use this staircase. However, it is not going deep enough, so this is not possible. One also needs to jump to get from the topmost step to the pier, so it is not going high enough either. I see three possible solutions: either the pier needs to be sunk to accomodate for this, the staircase needs to be scaled up, or one should use another asset (or create a new one if no suitable one exists).
