Description:
Asking anyone in Uman about "Velothi Mountains" crashes the game. Sometimes it crashes immediately, other times it crashes after the conversation ends. In the latter scenario the dialogue does display (sometimes in multiplicate).
Log says, "Dialogue topic Kragenmoor was not found on line 1."

Fix: This is caused by the
Fix: This is caused by the fact that "Kragenmoor" topic doesn't exist yet. I could comment out all occurences of "addTopic Kragenmoor" for the moment, but we're gonna need the topic eventually, so I just added it, with one line filtered to Uman residents.
