Description:
The cell "Whispered Tenet, Lower level" is missing its exit hatch. So thereis no way out of this floor.

Found the hatch. Its a little
Found the hatch. Its a little bit higher and so misplaced. After lowering it a little bit the hatch works. I can post a esp with a fix if needed?

I can't replicate this on my side, neither on Morrowind.exe nor in OpenMW
Is there any chance you're using something that would replace the mesh for either the boat or the hatch?

Not using anything different on my side but if you cannot replicate perhaps something has sneaked into my savegame. Will try with a clean install.
Clean new game fixes it. You can close this one.
