Did you want the boots to cover up past the shins like armored boots (but clothing), or more low profile as in just past the ankles?
Tested the quest. The guy should force goodbye when I accept his proposal. Also, he didn't take the gold. When the race starts, he runs into a hill and then disappears, I couldn't find him anywhere.
-fixed dialogue -added dialogue to npcs in the area of his death -now strips his clothing and leaves a trail of extravagance to his death site -now follows an actual path instead of cutting straight through the world -now intentionally messageboxes his disappearance (instantly warping) instead of a long drawn out process. he is intentionally moving so fast you can't even see him run. originally I was going to have him run just out of sight, but if the player does something easy like "stand in front of him" the script completely fails. this way, if you can make that leap of faith that "he's going really really fast!" its unbreakable.
