This is a tavern, but it doesn't have any place to stay for the night. Maybe this could be a one off tavern that doesn't act as a hostle as well as by definition, some taverns have beds for travellers. Just something to think about, as these places are meant to be believable.
- Furn_De_Kegstand (happy to see this lowered, although should move it back a little, as the legs are visible through the bar counter above the bucket) - The paper under the scrib pie is floating/bleeding. I would delete it as I can't see this ever getting fixed no matter how much anyone tried. - crate_brandy (forgot to mention that this is bleeding into the wall behind it. Need to move out more, and have sack follow it too (ctrl + mouse to select multiple objects)) - furn_de_cushion_square_02 (one that is up against the wall, it is bleeding into that wall in the middle, move out a little bit will fix the issue) - light_de_lamp_01_512 (into the pillar next to the door to the storage room (Also make sure that the door doesn't glitch through any objects when opening and closing on both sides))

floaters: - Hackle-Lo Pipe (needs to be tilted to look like it is resting naturally on the surface of the cushion) - furn_de_cushion_square_02 (against the wall, it was bleeding last review, now it is floating, make sure to check it at all angles) - furn_de_p_chair_01 (on the table, the chairs that are upside down) - Bread in the redware bowl behind the bar is still suffering from floating, doesn't seem like these are working for you, maybe replace with something else, or just remove them
bleeders: - Hackle-Lo Leaf (in the cushion, needs to be raised and then tilted slightly to make it not float afterwards)
Others: - I would still put the Hackle-Lo stuff on a platter. Having a smoking pipe on a cushion seems dangerous - Would lower the Furn_de_rug_big_08 in the middle just a little bit to not have it look like the tables and chairs are bleeding into it - Remove (or move back more) the crates and sack from the immediate range of opening the storage room door. I can see the door will glitch through the containers without even testing it in-game
-Shelf behind the bar is floating, quite far away from the wall, and the Kwama Egg in the bowl is standing up straight which looks unrealistic, should be on it's side or removed and just leave the bowl empty. -Hackle-Lo Pipe should be on it's side. -One of the upside down chairs are still floating.
You need to get these fixed and be 100% correct, otherwise it might be too many tries of fixing the same thing over again, which isn't good. The chairs on the table and anything that is placed in that bowl behind the bar have been an issue for every review that has happened.Please make sure to finally get theses things fixed for the next upload.
I reviewed you showcase. Everything is good now. Just as a little exercise though, just to make sure you are comfortable with grid snap, would you be able to make an interior for me that is 2 floors? Doesn't have to have any detail or furniture in it, just main room, with stairs that wind up to a 2nd room, like the manors in balmora. Your showcase is only one floor and I'm not sure if two floors is still a requirement to get promoted, but I would like to see it. Just the shell of the interior is all. Thanks! Could only find 3 issues, which are:
