Laalalvo Irano does not recognize my rank of Guildmaster as being higher than Protector for the purpose of giving quests. I've been able to do quests for her before but now I am blocked from proceeding. I attained the rank of Guildmaster on Vvardenfell before doing any quests on the mainland.

Edit: I was able to get quest
Edit: I was able to get quest from Laalalvo again after completing all of Circus Leonos' quests. This solved my issue but I'm not sure it's working as intended.
