Checked again in CS - you're right, but nothing indicates in-game that this is the place (no banner, no info in the "Services" topic, etc.). There's a topic "Under Nest Inn" for "TR_m3_Bols Narvol", but it seems unlinked (guy says "welcome to the Nest").
