Clean: Yes, assuming the custom objects ID is fixed (per discord discussion)
Lighting: Base settings are awful you should never have an interior that bright or that yellow move it down into the browns and reds. Light sources however are generally good however most that you have in the 256 range should instead be 128 as they are causing the green light bug
Northmarker: Incorrect according to the northmarker which has it at 121.9 (which is only off by 22.1, but still)
Fits exterior: Yes
Pathgrid: present, slight clipping on the stair between the hut and lower floor and no node in the closet
Illegal to Sleep Here: Yes, correct

bonemold_chuzei_helm should be bonemold_gah-julan_helm (pending the TV redoran bonemold being decided)

General note
With those fixed this would actually pass as a showcase, though if you wanted to have it judged as a claim I'd  reccomend some futher cluttering, namely the addittion of some rugs to the top floor, trophies (tr lore has the redoran into head-taking so a few skulls on display wouldnt be a bad choice) and filling some of the shelves. Again your choice to handle that in the claim or for the showcase.
