I changed the Tomb a bit for the quest to make more sense, and I sent the megre requests to Rats, who has the file right now. So here's my personal version for now.

Add one new dialogue entry and editted 2 to railroad the quest a little bit more according to what Rats said on discord.

Edit: Added more clutter as Vern said, and changed some minor things to have 2 people living there, instead of the three I intended at first.

Considering the active playtester role that you've taken on, the technical quality of the showcase, and the fact that the showcase has already been merged into the section file, I'm recommending you for promotion. Congrats!

Lighting: No sign of greenlight which is a good start, base settings should be darker. Sunlight is an odd directional effect which should always be low but never 0 (around 10 is pretty reliable) after that play with your ambeint settings the dark brown-orange range procudes good results
Northmarker: present, good
Fits exterior: NA
Pathgrid: Present, good. Personally might add some extra nodes, but for how tightly cluttered this is fewer is probably better

Everything should be fixed, the partial floaters were all me rotating the bookshelf by 180 notrealizing I'll have to invert some rotations in x axis. I apologise for that.
