I got some good advice in discord that it's better to work on an existing interior claim first, quest claim second, so am working on the interior and quest claims listed above. But if the quest and interior idea below is good, I'd still like to work on it. :)

I am working on an interior and quest showcase, creating a version of this https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Last_Scabbard_of_Akrash . If you're not familiar, it's a great story about a slaver's daughter and her Khajiit lover involving murder. As far as modding is concerned, it involves 3 main npc's and a couple secondary ones with few lines, a manor house, and a stable or shack, a sword, and a dagger or similar for poisoning. The player would get involved by trying to figure out who the murderer was. It wouldn't be a copy of the story, or of the dialogue, but the premise would be the same.
Where in the TR created locations would this fit best, because I'd like to create it with the hope that it might be accepted and included, if it's good enough? I want to make sure that the interior matches the exterior style.

I am working on a Hlaalu home for the interior showcase.
The house is built, and the furniture is in place, as well as some decorations. Before I start placing ingreds/food and more clutter, would someone be able to take a peek at the work so far to make sure the alignment is correct? I plan to place ingreds in bowls on the table on the first level, and books, pots, on the bookshelf. On the large table, I plan to place a dinner setup: fork, knife, plate, cloth, etc. but before adding these types of items, I would really appreciate it if someone could just double check the collision so far. Also did I set up the lantern and attached rope (on the first floor) correctly? If you see anything else that's not correct please let me know. The floating items outside of the house are items I plan on placing still. The file has not been cleaned yet, but I was very careful with it. Thanks guys for your help. :)
