Hello there,
I'm suffering of the same issue, I'm new to TR, after thousands of hours into vanilla morrowind I've decided to try it modded.
I've tried my best to sort it out by myself but can't.
error is "TES3Stream Warning: Model "Meshes\TR\f\Xtr_banner_dondril.NIF"
My BSA are properly registered, and I have flew over morrowind using tcl to check for any other issues, but it seems like I only have an issue over Dondril so far.
From what I've read this was a known issue supposedly fixed in feb 2021, although I have seen someone reopening an issue on github's page in July but marked as solved by last fix a week ago.
However being far from the dev world, I don't understand where I am supposed to find this latest fix as I have latest version of TR DATA and Tamriel Rebuilt already.
I have also searched from a way to manually add this meshes into games folder, but I assume they should be embedded in the BSA as there is not even a Meshes\TR folder inside my game folder
Any kind soul willing to rescue me?

I did search for a hotfix but couldn't find the download page you linked to.
I realize now a link was on the main download page, but without any mention to specify it was specific or needed (I assume it was one of the mirror like the others)
If there is a specific page to follow up for latest hotfixes, please let me know, it could be useful for future reference.
