Java patch doesn't work on cyrodill esm

I try to run on it but it doesn't work.
thing is I haven't played that expansion yet, i have just interacted with a npc on ebonheart

should I rather delete it and later upload it again ? It gives me errors durinfs the game load .

Now I fixed my problems with skyrim esm with patching after updating tamriel data, I no longer get skyrim related errors.

Another problem even after following the steps I get error messages about the tamriel update , maybe because I removed the bugfix esp ?

Edit : I don't get this anymore.

You are not supposed to run the java patch on anything but your save and old mods for TR. P:C should be updated to the new Tamriel_Data version already so that will work.
