I'm new to Morrowind modding and pretty new to Morrowind in general, but wanted to try learning the CS to see if I could help out with an awesome project.
Interior is the cell TR_Showcase, meant to fit ex_hlaalu_b_05 with a basement and small abandoned tunnel beneath. I copied an exterior from Balmora with slight modification to near Seyda Neen for easy access in testing; hope that's ok.

Decided to pre-emptively give this another pass on second consideration about some more clutter and looking through feedback on some other showcases. Now with more rugs and properly mounted tapestries.
EDIT: Forgot to set the new items as owned, fixed in R2

Review

Name: TR_Showcase
Clean: No. Delete everything that isn’t your showcase cell + pathgrid or a custom object. The rest is dirty. (There are some cell changes in the exterior due to you making the house in the ext that are not necessary for the showcase).
Lighting: First, the settings. The sunlight is too high, TR reduces these values because they cause a one-sided glow to the int and oversaturate things. Make the sunlight into 25/20/15 or similar. Now, you’ll have to adjust the ambient settings to make up for the loss of color in the sunlight. Try to achieve a deep brown color for ambient. Second, you use red light in this interior, which is a big no-no. Red light is used thematically for cultists, 6th house locations, prostitutes, and the like. Those lights should be changed to ones with the standard orange color.
Northmarker: Present, but incorrect (don’t worry about this for now, just delete the ext parts. Ask about the northmarker on your first claim and we will tell you how)
Fits exterior: Yes
Pathgrid: Mostly good, but some of the nodes bleed into solid objects such as the bed or railing. Fix that, it will block the paths of NPCs.
Illegal to Sleep Here: Yes, correct
Gridsnap: Good

Bleeders:

All the tapestries’ rope knots are bleeding into the wall. Just pull them away from the wall a tiny bit until the full rope knot is off the wall.

Floaters:

Light_de_lamp_03_512_red: floating
TR_showc_LetterToMom: floating

Other:

Interior developers are not supposed to assign ownership to objects. Remove the ownership by ctrl + drag-clicking the whole int, and then double clicking an owned object (with ctrl still pressed!), remove ownership/extra data, then click apply to all objects.
The blocked door is something we try to avoid at all costs in TR. If we must use it, it’s strictly quest-related and uncommon at that. Not for people to just add on a whim. Remove the door and the little passage as I see no purpose for it.
I’m not quite sure about the story of the int. There’s the guar trading book, then there’s a guard(?)’s letter. Best to keep this house to one occupant, and delete the hammock. With the hammock there, it’s just too crowded on the top level.
Add a pillow to the bed.
I know you added the black rose, but add some more (appropriate) TD items to the int, to show that you can feel your way around Tamriel Data. Also, use TD versions of the urns (with expanded levelled lists), because in TR you’ll be using those most of the time.

Overall, great showcase! It was technically precise, your rotations were awesome! There’s just a few questionable choices that need to be addressed before I can recommend you for promotion.

Alright, should be fixed. Not too sure if I've used TD objects enough, but I did try to vary up the clutter a bit and switched the urns.
EDIT: R5 done, should be good.

Review 2

Name: TR_Showcase
Clean: Yes
Lighting: Settings are good. Almost all of your light objects (save the _128 lamp and the candle downstairs) have radii that are too large. It cases a bug called “greenlight”, which casts this ugly green color on all nearby objects (including the floors and walls). Downsize the radii of these lights, and if it ends up being too dark, just add more lights around the place. More lights with smaller radii is better than a few ones with a huge radius that cause everything nearby to be greenish.
Northmarker: Present
Fits exterior: Yes
Pathgrid: There are 2 nodes too close to each other near the bed. Delete one of them and leave the other. This way the NPC’s path will be simpler.
Illegal to Sleep Here: Yes, correct.
Gridsnap: Good

Bleeders:

Floaters:

Other:

Looks much better. A very well-conceived interior. Just fix the latest lighting and pathgrid issues and I’ll recommend you for promotion.

Alright, I removed the extra pathgrid node and went over the lighting, so it should be done.

Really cozy int. I like the letter to mom, nice touch. You've got a good feel for how to make a room filled without making it moddy. The old version had a kind of muddled story but this version is much easier to imagine. Great job!

There is still some small greenlighting though. Both the lights on the tops of the bookcases are greenlighting onto the posts at the corners. Move the lantern toward the center of the shelf and reduce the radius of the candle to 64 and I'll be happy to recommend.

Pathgrid is good, ambient and sunlight are good, fits the shell, gridsnap, northmarker & Illegal to sleep. All good on those fronts.
