Clean: Yes, good

Lighting: Ambient is a little bit grey, reduce the blue and green values a bit for that warmer brown. Fog values are very high, lower them.
Avoid putting bright lights on furn_de_p_table_02, this asset is notorious for always creating greenlight in the center when you put lights on it. Replace the top light_de_lantern_06 with a 64 variant and remove the bottom one.

Northmarker: Present, good

Fits exterior: Yes, good

Pathgrid: No issues, good

Illegal to Sleep Here: Yes, good

Gridsnap: Yes, good

Bleeders:
light_de_lamp_05_128 into the rug a very small amount
light_de_lantern_03_128, above the cactus plant. Into the rope quite a bit.

furn_de_rope_03, downstairs
furn_de_rope_03, upstairs by the heather plant. One end is sticking out of the beam.

bk_ABCs positioned so it's likely to fall off the table under gravity, shift it more onto the table.

com_cupboard_wood_bowls these assets are designed to be able to be sunk into the walls a bit, leaving it sticking out like that is fine if it was intentional but the usual use is to push it into the wall a bit more.

the middle com_sack_01_chpfood5 in the stack of 3 would slide off under gravity, push it forward so its more on top of the sack under it.

furn_de_rug_big_04 and similar rugs need to be sunk so the tassles are on the ground, don't forget to also lower the clutter on top of the rugs.

Tapestries not quite correctly placed, they should be higher up into the space above the wooden beams on the walls. Will provide an example image below.

The cell is a little sparse, add an extra shelf and a few more tapestries to fill the walls out a bit more

T_Rea_Drink_TeaGyrrg_01, this is a Reach item for PT. Not to be used in this type of int. Replace or remove.
