Here is my showcase, I had a backstory for this one. A pair of nord brothers live here, only the twist is one brother had fortune while the other had nothing. So the one with nothing locked his brother in the cellar with his treasures that he loved so dearly till he perished a slow and grave death.

Well overdue that someone looked at this, sorry about that.
Backstory is a touch on the edgy side, which might be fine except this interior is very bare. I would suggest a more conventional backstory, trade, farmer ect and work from there and fill this out to the level of a standard house. Look at examples from vanilla or mainland to see whats meant.

Here is the interior I made, I tried to clutter more and make it feel more lived in.

Name: TR_Showcase
Clean: No. You need to use TESAME to clean the dirty entries from your file (https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/content/utility-tesame).
Lighting: Settings are good, but light_com_lantern_01_256 is causing a hefty amount of greenlight. Choose a lantern with a smaller radius.
Northmarker: None. Should add a northmarker to get into the habit (even though you don't need to rotate it for the showcase)
Fits exterior: Yes, fits an ex_hlaalu_b_05
Pathgrid: Not present, add one (https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/content/tutorial-pathgridding-tutorial)
Illegal to Sleep Here: Yes, correct
Gridsnap: Good
Bleeders:
Floaters:
Steel_boots
Other:
Please rotate your items to sit flat on the uneven de_p surfaces, and make sure you’re pressing F if something is floating above the surface. None of the objects on the bookshelves or tables are rotated in this way. If you need, you can consult this guide: https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/content/tutorial-item-placement-tutorial
A_NordicMail_F_Helmet: this is not an object, it’s a body part. Never place these. Go under the armor tab and find a helmet you’d like to use.
soul ring: this is a unique item in Morrowind, replace this with something generic.
I agree with Vern that the backstory and its presentation in the interior is not really appropriate. Specifically because somebody with that kind of wealth wouldn’t be living with his poor brother in their 2-story de_p house. Remove the skeleton and downgrade the items to something more befitting of the class of this house. Silver valuables would work better as trophies than the very rare and extremely expensive ebony types.
