I'm abandoning the showcase, posting what I have so far (or rather, what I have that I think is actually worth using) so that anybody who picks up the claim next can use it if they care to.
As a note, I moved the upper level to the side so that I could work on the lower level more easily. If anybody DOES use this file and would rather it be moved back, I'd be willing to just do it for them.

Aside from what's on the pictures, I suggest to also introduce another variant of tapestries on the ground floor. Your main task is to focus on precise item-placement. You seem to have everything else in check, so good work:
