During the quest Shadows under Aimrah, finishing the dialogue for Rathes Falveno to meet you in the warehouse crashes and closes my game.

It was happening to me as well. I've managed to avoid the crash when I typed "ra" to the console (to reset actors) and talked to Rathes Falveno downstairs, when he was standing still. It might be an issue with teleporting him to the warehouse via dialogue.
