NPCs need Fight 95 to be guaranteed hostile (aside from active player intervention with a calm spell).

Unfortunately, until recently I thought that value was 90 instead, meaning a lot of the NPCs I made had that, and from going through the list I can see other people thought the same. This potentially renders whole dungeons non-hostile for high-level players whose Personality stat pushes NPCs disposition all the way to 100.

I went through every NPC with an TR_m7_O ID (and the few m6 ones) in the Narsis section and if their fight was 90 I bumped it to 95 (in the ext) or 100 (in ints).

(and I changed the class of one of them from Champion to Warrior - Champion is only for Ashlanders, not that it would matter much for a hostile)
