Propylon network was not updated to reflect the current plans

Description: 

As title says. The propylon chambers of some strongholds that currently exist in mainland (Barendreth, Hlorandus, Othrano, Romayon, and Volenfaryon) link to incorrect strongholds and don't reflect the current planning. In some cases, the propylons for the strongholds don't even exist, or are missing scripts.

Needs both https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/asset/propylon-indices-firemoth-update and https://www.tamriel-rebuilt.org/asset/propylon-texturesnifs-firemoth-update to be merged to Data first Done

Fix:

  • Added TR_m3_Propylon_Hlorandus and TR_m4_Propylon_Barendreth
  • Removed duplicate Vandirelyon and Volenfaryon propylon records
  • Added scripts to Hlorandus, Barendreth, Romayon, Othrano, and Volenfaryon
  • Barendreth now links to Romayon and Hlorandus
  • Hlorandus now links to Barendreth. The other propylon is left blank since the other linked stronghold will be added in Sundered Scar release and the name might change
  • Othrano now links to Vandirelyon. The other propylon is left blank since the other linked stronghold will be added in Wealth Beyond Measure release and the name might change
  • Romayon now links to Barendreth and Khalaan
  • Swapped the Vandirelyon propylon in Volenfaryon for a second blank propylon. Both of the strongholds that should link to Volenfaryon will be added in the Stones March release
