I’ve just gone ahead and released the hotfix version of 16.09, which I’m arbitrarily dubbing as 16.09.10. This fixes some quest-breaking bugs and other issues related to the data change. If people still have problems after downloading this latest version, please send them here so we can get those bugs stomped.
The 16.09.10 downloads have the whole bundle included, but they will want to make sure to replace the old TR_Mainland.esm with the new one. Also register their BSAs (because it really can’t be said enough).
