I have followed all the instructions for installing Tamriel Rebuilt. Here is my issue – I can go to some places in Tamriel Rebuilt and there is nothing wrong with the location at all. However, I’ve tried two places so far – Old Ebonheart Docks and Ald Veloth (I think that is the  name – it is a big door in the Plaza at Mournhold) and when I have went to them I end up in a vast expanse of water and when I swim up to the top of the water, I look around and see some buildings and land but they are all severely clipped and messed up. I cannot land on any of the areas or use any doors or anything like that.  I am confused how this can be since other lands in Tamriel Rebuilt so far seem to be functioning just fine.
