Hi, everyone!  I'd like to offer my services as a writer and editor.  I'm a teacher, and I've dabbled in writing and helping others polish their writing.  I poked around a little in the Quest Claims Browser, but I'm not very familiar with the Construction Set.  How may I contribute to the project?

I shall point you to here: http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/forum/quest-dialogue-writers-wanted

In other words, we are opening up the quest claims to allow people to write only the dialogue, though it's preferred if you have a basic understanding of how Morrowind does its dialogue so there's less editting to make the final cut.

You can also post to the asset browser with ingame books. These are best for getting across tidbits of lore, though TES-themed short stories with a twist can also find a home. http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/asset

Finally, feel free to use the Free Writing forum to write, well, freely! http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/forums/free-writing

Welcome to the project. :)

Thank you for the welcome!  =)

OK, I'll get to work providing some dialogue for a quest.  I'll read up on how Morrowind handles dialogue, too.  In the quests claim browser, ESP files have been uploaded for many of the quests.  Is it still ok to leave the dialogue in the comment section instead?

Yes, put it in th ecomments. Unless you claim the quest claim (and that takes quest dev status), you won't be able to upload files to the claim.
