Greetings, I am unsure about the title of this thread, so if I need to adjust that please let me know. I may have missed it in the showcase guidelines.

So allow me to also take this opportunity to formally introduce myself.
TLDR~ I was a US Marine, Game Dev is my hobby, I am a computer scientist(Read: Programmer)
Long version ---

Here is Nera’s Home, otherwise known as, Balmora, Vacant House.

Features include.

- Large space for entertaining guest.

- Shrine to the tribunal, so I can maintain my relationship with the Temple even during rest.

- A vault and storage area in the basement.

- A master bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space upstairs.

I tried to not overstep the reality of this home. I based most of the design on the fact that my character has farmed upwards of 400k gold from ruin delves and questing about. So I went with the more extravagant furnishings and tried to make this feel like a true, lavish, femme fatales adobe, like the Nordic Laura Croft, only religious and instead of historical relics, I am crushing sixth house cells, and exploring daedric ruins.

PS: I am ALSO working on Cavern of Ghand currently, and was wanting to use that as my showcase, but felt I should show this off first. I am worried about two things with Nera's home, the north marker, and proper cleaning. I may have missed a few details inside, but this int was done over the course of two days, around 4-5 hours total, and was only for my PC to store loot. Obviously more care will be taken on anything done for TR.

Greetings, a bump and an update. I have finished the first draft for my layout of the first section of Cavern Of Ghand and would really like some reviewing on the style and feel of the layout itself. This is only one segment of the dungeon, and I detail that in the claims reply here.

The interior in your file is a manor which naturally uses the rich Dunmer furniture set. For a showcase we require you to work with the poor furniture set though, as that one has very uneven surfaces that require the proper usage of item rotation (which is one of the important skills to us).

Please refer to our guidelines for interior showcases for further information on what is required.
