Mainland Propylon Network

After a discussion under the week, this is the proposal of mainland propylon networks:

The Telvannis network is not going to be implemented until after the great rework, while the Velothis and central networks can be implemented earlier. The Dres network is fully separate and will be part of the Deshaan development process.

It was decided that stronghold ruin pieces should be added to the Lichgate interior below Old Ebonheart, along with a connected new interior that has the remains of a propylon chamber without (at least for now) the propylon crystals. The crystals might be placed there later, or the crystals might be the two ebony pillars set in the two Ebonhearts’ twin statues. For the time being, it is assumed they are non-functional.

I'm not sure where you're getting the impression that Molag Beran is a stronghold; the name doesn't really match other strongholds, and nothing I can see in the text indicates a siege.

Molag Beran appears to be a landscape if anything, with a similar name to Molag Amur. The landscape seems to be hilly and open with a river flowing through it. My guess would be grazelands, perhaps in Telvannis. Why they are called Molag/fire is anyone's guess.

And does Molag Beran exist? It could, and I think it might as well, but I wouldn't personally default to taking the free DLCs as legitimate lore. To me, the DLCs seem like miscellaneous content devs created and made available to fans, not thought-out lore revelations or anything.
