• Discuss which forum (Drupal vs Redmine) we should use and why
• Discuss which claims browser (Drupal vs Redmine) we should use and why
• Make a decision on which one to move to, and then decide on a timeframe to phase out the old forums and move to the new forums.
• Map 6 heightmap
• Set a time for a "Drupal workshop" so that more Lead Developers know how to operate the website.
• If time permits, discuss the scheduling of the next few skype meetings and what their topics might be.

We’ll be using Drupal for everything; forums, claims browser, bug tracker.

 

Timetable:

=> Announce the move and turn off registration today

non-registered users will be able to post on the forums (already the case in some places), in case any new people come in within the next week and want to reply to existing topics

=> Use a newsletter and a global announcement

=> Turn off posting in most threads (claims exempt) in a week

=> Finish the old claims in the old forum, use the claims browser for new ones

the claims browser doesn’t need to be 100% polished for us to start working with it; the kinks can be worked out afterwards.
