Doesn't fit shell. Downstairs should be made 2x5, upstairs 2x3. Both need pathgrids
Upstairs: after making the proper size, needs to be updated to full de_m and remove the moddy bed arrangement. Additional mage clutter would be good
Downstairs: like the above full de_m update, extra space should be used to add a proper storefront and some extra shelving for cloth and other little bits of clothier clutter.

Hall of Farmers and Labourers, an influential guild within the city representing the interest of its farm owners and dock workers, not a big building but should have a lot of tools and “worker” props on display in the front hall, with upstairs offices and storerooms downstairs for spices and other agricultural goods but not Kwama Eggs, those are for the Hall of Miners. Be careful not to overlap with the neighbour HCC’s vaults.
