A hall of the Caravaners and Furnishers guild

Use: de_m for cluttter being used, a few pieces of de_p and de_r as goods being sold by the furnishes, should have maps and books that cater to caravaners and a selection of trade goods.

Ud Hleryn 20

Manor of a former Redoran Lord (specfically that of the small ruined hamlet south of Ud Hleryn), who held out until paid off by Hleryn.

Use: De_r for the majority, de_p for slaves quarters (sold out completely so doesn't have actual servants), have two basement levels to expand out a little and include redoran mementos ie armor and trophies along with plenty of rich clutter. Redoran watchman armor would be a good substitutefor the Waters March Redoran set until its made.

Tower of the Hlaalu Guard

Use: De_m, if it is completed by the time this interior is claimed the "Hlaalu Riverwatch Armor" should be used, otherwise vanilla armun an as placeholder.

Ud Hleryn 16

A large cornerclub, services merchants, travellers and businessmen passing through the town, as well as being the main hang-out for locals.

Use: de_m, should have a fancy room or two up top, large common area and nice rooms for rent.

A sailor's dive bar, with rooms for rent. 

Use:  de_p,  the shell can extend into the hill a bit (the terrain is to be raised for that purpose), broken glass bottles and some piecesof harbor clutter (like slaughterfish trophies or anchors) would be good to help communicate the clientele
