Include shrines to St. Veloth, St. Meris and St. Llothis. 3-4 floors including large room pieces in the basement for ashpits, beds for the priests, and a dining area for the priests. A large area to distribute food for the poor is not needed, as that service is provided at the temple run Hostel.
Refer to other temples using the same shell such as Hlan Oak and Darvonis for a similar layout.

Include subtle signs of a recent break-in/disturbance with a few empty containers, as some food has recently gone missing.

There are five scrolls with TD Fortify Skill abilities given as a reward for the Almas Thirr Temple. There's no reason for them to be unique, so they could be moved to TD to be added in other places. One quest in GF release already involves them.
Shrine of the Hidden Saints in the Market Quarter is focused on more 'down to earth' matters of charity & local issues. Contrasts with the Eight-Bones Temple which is focused on crusading smiting high prestige type quests. Something leaning more to "pilgrim" players than "barbarian" players.
