City Rename Project - The Meeting Times
- We declare loudly that the Dedefecation thread is to be used until May 2nd to collect the various rename proposals
- On May 2nd, we have a meeting at 04:00 UTC (hopefully) to discuss the stuff. If, miraculously, we come to a conclusion that everybody can live with, the further steps will not be necessary.
- We then put this in the forums somewhere (I presume an article and a tweet to garner interest from people who might skip over things usually)
- A vote happens somewhere along the line (in the forum thread? We don't currently have a poll module installed, but we could do a google vote instead)
- Second meeting where we discuss the fallout and set to implement the renames.
Imperial Cult Template Meeting
Suggested for May 15th (Saturday) or May 16th (Sunday), maybe a bit earlier than usual on account of most interested parties being located in CEST.
