Awfully swift breaks free quest : missing dialogue I'm salt-mane dro'qosha, where is the slave key ?

So I have to help the argonian slave get the key and salt mane is supposed to know the location but no dialogue option leads to that. 
any tips ?

Do you know the quest Id? 
in the construction set it doesn't show it fully because the Id is too long .
