Hey, I just scrolling UESP and found interesting thing:
ESO had an island just to the south of Soltsheim
Here a map of Island
And I think this will be just the place for something like this if TR will move soltsheim like in planning maps
Here pages on UESP about it

What do you think?

TR will not include it for several reasons:
In short: not going to happen.
It would be better placed as an addon to Anthology Solstheim or a similar mod which creates a space for it to exist in in the MW worldmap, just not part of official TR. I did have an idea of placing something there, but I suck at landscaping.

Thanks for link to the mod and explanation!
And I don't mean just do all like it was in ESO, just garb some names etc.

I think adding Bleakrock island and moving solstheim to its true location would add more consitency with the lore. Solstheim isn’t supposed to be located that close to the bay of cormar and Baan Malur, and since TR already are going to make considerable “non-lorefriendly” and mod-incompatible changes to Mournhold, why not also move Solstheim, just like that Anthology mod already did ? Bleakrock island could be part of those Nordic rebels (Nail-knock Reavers?) territory, or be disputed land between the dunmer and nords and a target for the (mainland) House Redoran quest(basically feuding over controll of the north eastern sea).
Hai Resdaynia!

As the person who made these mods, moving Solstheim is an extremely intrusive operation, which creates incompatibilities with even the Unofficial Morrowind Patch. Anthology Tomb of the Snow Prince by its very design creates ghost references where Solstheim used to be, and it was so bad that it crashed OpenMW until very recently. Now it merely ignores the deleted references.
Everything else aside – including the reasons outlined above, and including the fact that TR cannot possibly accomodate every single geographic retcon that ESO or Legends throw our way (Bleak Rock Isle is merely the most obvious one) – it’s the kind of change you need a dedicated mod for. Willfully and needlessly creating massive incompatibilities merely as a side effect of your vision instead of a fundamental, clearly stated disagreement would mean trampling all over preexisting work and would be inconsiderate and unsustainable.

Harsh.
Still, I agree with the gist of this, in that it would require a massive amount of work to implement this, and it may not really be worth it. For one thing, Bleakrock doesn’t do much in TESO beyond be a starter zone; there are no major plot lines or lore figures that live there.
I’m debating though, if we have the land space for it, perhaps we could add some ruins at the bottom of the sea in between Solsthiem and the coast. As an Easter Egg. If we wanted to be lore friendly with it, maybe one of the other factions magically sunk the island as part of an attack on Ebonheart Pact lands during the Three Banners War. I could see this being compatible with the Aldmeri Dominion’s doings, and the fact this isle existed is little known due to that records of the Second Era are very rare. Bleakrock Isle becomes an Atlantis city of the Third Era. A scholar could be searching for it, or a book written on it. Treasure abounds! ..etc, etc.

When I see it and create thread, I not mean do this like in ESO, just add island in same place and same name, it will be nice. But if not, I ok with this.
