I must say, I'm kind of tempted to ask if we can include them in Tamriel Rebuilt. Just for nostalgia and coolness factor, no?

While they're quite nice, they seem to be outside the scope of our project.

I disagree, this is exactly what our project is about; Fleshing out Morrowind with additional content that is as close as possible to the main game. Why should we specifically exclude loading screens from this, especially since they are so incredibly repetitive by default?
These loading screens seem like a perfect addition to me, especially since they are from an artist that worked on Morrowind. It's very odd that some of these were left out by Bethesda. It could've even been simply due to performance decreases (i.e. longer loading times, since the game was optimized to work with 256mb RAM) or something similar.

It seems to be an example of something that someone could just grab for themselves, and doesn't add to our project enough to warrant inclusion.
(Also, I've never seen a loading screen more than once per session, maybe 3 seconds?)

As I've said on the asset (and I'm going to echo Aeven here): this is absolutely beyond the scope even of Tamriel_Data.
It does not flesh out the game with content, it adds loading screens, most likely clashing with other loading screen mods people have already installed. Since Tamriel Rebuilt is a province mod, not a total overhaul mod like Morrowind Rebirth, it's absolutely the wrong place to put in mandatory additional loading screens and they should be their own mod. Let's not suffer feature kudzu.

And now that I think about it, there might be copyright issues involved. Plus I'm not even sure how to add loading screens into Morrowind--I don't think that's covered in the CS tools.
So..I'm going to go ahead and close out the asset browser entry. Thank you for the enthusiasm Ragox; as Atrayonis says, if you want to pursue this in a mod of your own, go for it.

Adding loading screens is fairly simple: you just need to place .tgas into the Splash directory.
Morrowind automatically picks the tgas in that directory at random (you need 2 or more in there, if there's only one Morrowind will crash).
