Hello, thanks for your submission!

I'm afraid, this is too small for a showcase. You have to create a two-story interior that fits into one of the existing shells. Would you like to model your showcase around this claim instead? It'll have to be Velothi, not Hlaalu. Take a look at this claim for reference.

Some other things:

You have to use de_p furniture with uneven surface that collectively has at least 10 items placed on its pieces. Currently, there is only a table.

bonemold_gah-julan_cuirass is caspering - you can see through the model if you look from below. Same with ingred_crab_meat_01 sticking out of the bowl.

bonemold_helm - is floating with its back.

misc_com_wood_knife - you have to tilt the knives so their tips touch the surface.

food_kwama_egg_01 - bleeding into the basket side.

light_de_candle_16_64 floating mid air.

You have to bury tapestry posts deeper into walls.

misc_com_plate_01 floating mid air. Press F to drop it.

chest_small_01_gold_ran - same as above. Plus, it's best to lock chests that has such amounts of gold. For poor interiors, locks of 10-50 levels are ok.

bk_redbook426 - this is a Redoran faction book. If you're going to change the setting to Darvonis, replace this book with something else.

light_de_lantern_03 - it's best to hang lanterns on ropes attached to ceiling or such.

Lighting is good.

Generally, you'd want interiors of the showcase size to consist of 120-180 refs (objects).

Thanks for tackling a Darvonis claim! It looks pretty good.

Name: TR_Darvonis_20 Miners Residence

Light: Ok

Illegal to sleep: Yes, correct.

Gridsnap: Good

Fits exterior: yes

Northmarker: Incorrect. The entance should face west. With current Northmarker rotation, it looks north instead. Use the bot to calculate the precise rotation (if you have troubles with it, feel free to ask). And if the end result still doesn't point north, add/substract 90 digrees from the rotation.

Pathgrid: Ok

Floaters:

  • miner's pick near the entrance - doesn't touch the wall. Also, I'd advise removing it from the carpet. You have enough picks in the basement.
  • Furn_de_rug_big_02 into the base of the wall. This carpet looks too lavish for this poor house, imo. Try using something cheaper looking and smaller (you can scale them down too if needed).
  • com_sack_03_wickwheat behind the planter - doesn't touch the floor.
  • iron dagger - we have a rule that daggers and knives in general have their blades heavier than the handles. That's why they should be tilted until the tip touches the surface.
  • misc_com_wood_knife same as above.
  • misc_de_bowl_redware_01 - these bowls and some other similar vanilla assets have a pointy bottom. The convention is to bleed this bottom into the surface until they appear normal - as if they had a flat bottom.
  • ingred_bread_01_UNI2 - don't use items that have UNI in their ID (unless they are pillows or weapon racks, in which case it means Universal): these are unique items used in vanilla quests. Replace this bread with a generic version. It could also use some more rotation, because its side that points off the table is floating somewhat.
  • T_De_ClayCup01 it doesn't touch the table.
  • misc_de_pot_redware_04 - the side looking off the table is floating and the side looking to the center of the table is bleeding. It needs more precise rotation. Check this video for some tips.
  • T_Com_Rope_01 on the floor - this one always needs an additional F-drop.
  • furn_de_basket_01 doesn't touch the wall.
  • com_sack_01_ingred - sacks, pillows and clothig are considered soft objects, and should be bled a little into the surface. 2-3 inches is enough.
  • misc_de_muck_shovel_01 doesn't touch the wall. Nice of you placing it here. Even though the inhabitant is a miner, I don't think there are many muck farmers in the town, while the muck plants are clearly present. Muck-picking could've been his previous profession, or he could do it as an additional trade to mining.

Bleeders:

  • common_glove_right_01 bleeds too much into the bench.
  • barrel_01 near the bed - into the base of the wall very slightly. Be carefull with velothi wall bases, they have a slope.
  • crate_02_bottle05_16 belowstairs - same as above.
  • crate_01_eggs - same as above.
  • furn_de_p_chair_02 into the carpet. We consider carpets and rugs solid objects, so everything that stands on them should be bumped up by their form. In the case with this chair, I'd advise moving it off the carpet to save the trouble of tilting it.
  • chest_small_01 - into the stack of plates. Also, this chest is caspering - you could see through it if looking from below (a possible scenario, given it's on a shelf). It's best to replace the shelf with a wider variant to fit all items on it.
  • light_de_paper_lantern_01_128 -  a bit too much with its rope ear. Raise it slightly.
  • miner's pick on the shelf closer to the wall - into the shelf.
  • All items on the lower shelf of furn_de_p_bookshelf_01 aren't laying flush (except the overturned cup). Misc_Com_Bottle_04 and misc_com_bottle_01 aren't sitting flush on the top shelf, while the rest is ok.
  • miner's pick on the basement floor - into the floor with its handle.
  • misc_com_bucket_01 into the floor.

Other:

  • light_de_candle_06_64 - this candle is considered blueware (you could tell by the distinct blue wavy texture it shares with some other kitchenware), which is an upper class clutter. Replace it with a cheaper candle.
  • The inhabitant may be messy, but overturned furniture belowstairs depicts this interior as a victim of an attack. Maybe fix the bench and the chairs, but keep the minor clutter as is to show the untidiness of the owner. You could also add some cobweb for that effect.

General: You have good asset sence - you can pick the right items and create a nice-looking interior. The only thing that's left is item-placement. I also like that you used new TD shelves. That means, you know how to look up this stuff. Kindly, fix the above, and I'll recommend for promotion.

Good work! A couple of things before we wrap this up:

  • misc_de_pot_redware_04 on the round table - you could see that its bottom is not flush with the surface. This makes it look like its bottom is crude. This pot needs some more precision. Set your rotation speed value to 0.01 and rotate the pot along the Y and X axis until its bottom correlates with the bent table surface. Also, toggle wireframe mode (W) and place the pot in the middle of one of the triangles, not on their meeting point. It'll make it easier to rotate.
  • I'm afraid, the carpet is still too expensive-looking. Try one of the cheaper ones from vanilla.
  • The miner's pick on the basement floor is still bleeding with its handle. Same with 2 picks on the middle shelf.
  • The ends of 2 furn_de_shack_hook on the lower shelf are floating.
  • T_Com_Rope_01 on the middle shelf needs more precision. It is floating with some of its sides.
  • The round lantern rope loop is still bleeding too much into its supporting rope.
  • You have to fix the pathgrid, where the bench was placed. Yellow lines should not go through obstacles, or esle the NPCs will bump into them.

That's it, fix these items, please, and we'll get you promoted. And we'll get a perfectly polished Darvonis interior done :)

Sorry for making you back and forth this much. In a regular review I usually fix these things myself. But for the showcase, I am not allowed to fix them for you. In the end, we'll have a perfectly polished interior ready for merging into the master file.
