Greetings! This showcase isn't based on any given claim. Just a Hlaalu house. Ready for review.
Interior is for ex_hlaalu_b_09
Two-story residence of an elder man, who lives alone and doesn't like to cook. He enjoys reading military books while smoking his hack-lo pipe in a corner with cushions. The man is a bit paranoid, so he keeps his crossbow by his bed and his chitin sword is hidden behind a dresser. You can find a key from the little chest under the owner's bed in a bowl on the upper shelf in the kitchen.
The upper floor is visited rarely by him because of the knee problem. The same injury prevents the owner from using the attic at all. Given that and his predictable schedule, one of the town thieves decided to use his attic as a hideout. He crawls in through the badly locked second-floor entrance and goes up to the attic to sleep on a hidden bedroll.
I hope I didn't overlook something important in terms of posting the showcase.
Version 2: adjusted some Z values and fog settings, bled sacks in the surface.

Lighting: Okay, sunlight is too high (sunlight is a directional source so should never be very high ideally only around 10-20 on all settings), single instance of greenlight the candle on the dining table swapping it to a version with a smaller radius should solve the issue
Northmarker: Present, good
Fits exterior: Designed to fit a ex_hlaalu_b_09 which it does.
Pathgrid: Mostly good, path is clipping through the bed. With beds in alcoves if you want players/npcs to be able to pass by them you should scale them down to around 0.9 to give more space but not make them notcibly smaller.

The box container lockpicks is probably too high for players to reasonbly be able too see inside.

Here is the updated file. I've changed the candle for the one that has a lesser light radius. Reduced the size and moved the bed with its surrounding stuff. Fixed navmeshes. Moved the hammer and removed the lid from the lockpick box to make it more convenient. I didn't change the numbers of the lighting settings, since as far as I understood the candle will fix that. But I will aim to have 50, 40, 20 or a brown color in my next interiors. I can fix that too if needed.

Updated version 4: fixed lighting settings, fixed position of the box with lockpicks and moved the small chest under the bed to a new hidden spot. Tested in game so the player could reach them stuff. The plugin should be clean.
