Not exactly a bug but in Akamora NPCs give conflicting responses concerning who owns the local inn, The Laughing Goblin.
When asked about the topic 'Laughing Goblin' NPCs will tell you that the inn is owned by the Arenim family. And indeed when you venture to their manor and ask them about the 'Akamora Eggmines' they will state that, unlike the other local nobility, everyday commerce is beneath their dignity. This could suggest that they do indeed own The Laughing Goblin.
There is a challenger however. When asked about the topic 'Someone in Particular' NPCs will tell you that Telera Parys owns the bazaar and the local inn and wields considerable influence. Furthermore they will tell you that the Arenims are in fact among the lesser nobles in town. You cannot ask her about The Laughing Goblin nor does she have dialogue suggesting that she owns it.
But her claim is substantiated by Llania Darvani (the publican in The Underground Bazaar) outright stating that Telera Parys took over the inn when asked about her. Funnily enough Llania is also one of the few NPCs you can ask about the topic 'Laughing Goblin' to which she gives the standard response that it is owned by the Arenim family.
In general NPCs that can be asked about the topic 'Telera Parys' will mention that she owns The Laughing Goblin.
So I would definitely argue that the dialogue suggesting that the Arenim family owns the inn is the weakest link here and should be changed. The Arenim family does not outright state that they own it and finding the egg mines beneath your dignity does not automatically imply ownership either.
This means that the only topic that needs changing would be 'Laughing Goblin'. It now states "The Laughing Goblin is owned by the Arenim family." which can become "The Laughing Goblin is owned by Telera Parys." or "The Laughing Goblin has been bought by Telera Parys.".
To put the nail in the coffin Llerar Arenim himself can be asked about 'Telera Parys' and will then give the standard response saying that she owns The Laughing Goblin.
These were a lot of words to explain a small, simple and easily fixable oversight. But since I am new and have no standing in the community yet I wanted to show I did my due diligence. I checked these things both in-game and in the construction set.
Edit: I only noticed the sticky after making this post but in the future I will give any similar feedback in that thread.

Actually, could you put this into the bugtracker/ do you mind if I do? It might not be a bug in the sense that it doesn't break the game, but it is pretty much one. Plus, stuff in the bugtracker is more likely to be looked at when someone is bugfixing.
Take care!!
