I get as follows in the Warnings txt,

Unable to find Region 'Sea of Ghosts Region' in Load for Cell 'Wilderness'.

Good question. Usually this means that a cell uses a region that hasn't been declared yet. This shouldn't happen unless Tamriel_Data is loaded wrong, which doesn't seem to be the case. I'd suggest playing hide and seek with your esps until you find the one that tosses this error.

Scratch that.
This does not make sense. This item, while deprecated, is still in Tamriel_Data v04. Did you run the filepatcher over Tamriel_Data.esm or something?

My cousin, who can't follow basic install instructions for the life of me told me that he couldn't get the new areas to load in the V 22.11 update, that problem was fixed as they didn't have V 9.0 data, I installed the data for them and registered their BSAs but now the game crashes as soon as they attempt to load their data or start a new game with the sole error message being

Expression Error Unable to find object "T_Orc_Drink_LiquorUngorth_01" in script TR_m1_q_DrinksChest_Script.
