Cell name is tr_exovian_int_showcase; two new objects were create: tr_exo_int_key (key to the stairwell door) and tr_exo_int_chest (the small chest that holds it. The interior is designed to fit the ex_hlaalu_b_17 shell.
The "backstory" of the interior is that the house belongs to an older woman, possibly a retired priestess, who lives on the ground floor. Even though she's retired, she maintains a small household altar in a corner, under (what would be) the exterior stairway landing. The top floor is inhabited by two pauper bothers, who just scraped together enough money to rent a room from the owner, and almost nothing else. The stairwell door is locked and the key held by the owner downstairs, so the guys up top used the otherwise useless space to hang food baskets. They're making do with the top of a dresser as a kitchen table, and the only other "proper" furniture they have is a set of chairs; the rest of the place is barely a step up from the shack they used to live in. One brother is finding work around town as a day laborer, and the other is trying to get on as a shop assistant or similar, and eventually get accepted as a proper Hlaalu retainer.

Lighting: Alrightm sunlight is too high, while vanilla has it stuck on the default standard policy is to have it around 10-20 on all settings, reasoning being sunlights directional and so its appearance varies when actually ingame, not always for the better.
Ambient is what you should use to provide some base color to your int, a dull orange or brown is best for homes, complements the base orange of lanterns, candles and fireplaces so looks like those are just extending further.
You have three light sources causing the green light bug, ask on the discord about examples of what green light vs proper light looks like, but for now the two lanterns are causing it because they are at the 256 radius instead of the 128 radius which is standard for interiors,the lamp you just need to move away from the beams a little (on a diagonal away from the wall towards the door will get it)

Pathgrid: mostly good, note when your removing the door downstairs make sure that you adjust it so there isnt a node in the middle of the stairs. You never want to encourage NPC's stopping in stairways as this will be frustrating for the player.

the door next to the stairs would either bleed or not open due to the stairs being there and it should be deleted. Player could take the key or pick the lock so you have to consider how it would function in those circumstances. Credit for the idea and how your designed around it though.
Not strictly essential, but I would like to see a bit more clutter in this, some bottles, more varied pottery and some extra TD objects are the usual picks, just to help fill out the space.
Fix the above issues and I will recommend for promotion.

Thank you very much for the review! Sorry I took a few days to address it; holidays lent themselves a bit more to cooking than modding.
-Green light should be fixed, ambient and sunlight have been adjusted as per the request.
-Pathgrid fixed. It goes along the side of the stairs to avoid NPCs getting caught on the hanging baskets. The door has been retained; it opens outward and not in to the stairs, so there's no clipping issue there.
-Bleeders/floaters should be fixed.
-A bit more clutter has been added, including a note (tr_exo_int_note) from one of the brothers living upstairs.
I'll go ahead and say thank you to everyone in the Discord who's been replying to my questions; y'all have been an incredible help.
