Here is a showcase island I made to join Tamriel Rebuilt as an exterior developper. It is a 6 cells island including a (very) small village, a dragon statue, a lighthouse and a ship. It is located southwest of Seyda Neen, but a part of it overlaps TR cells, so you should disable TR and TR grass mods before testing it.
