Hi all,

I have also posted this on PT (https://www.project-tamriel.com/viewtopic.php?p=22295#p22295) as I am interested in supporting with interior claims on both projects to start off with, potentially also doing a quest showcase in future.

Please see the attached interior showcase esp file.
Interior: TR_SC_House_1
Exterior: ex_hlaalu_b_05

Backstory
The owner of the house is a wood elf male by the name of Fealian. Fealian used to be a miner just outside of town but lost his job due to a mine shaft collapse, now he’s redundant with some savings and is thinking about a change in direction with his life. His most recent venture has been alchemy, but he’s had mixed success so far. He wants to brew the perfect fortify luck potion in a bid to improve the circumstances of his life. On his alchemy table, you’ll find some Guar Hide and Corprus Weepings, which he’s told are good options for a fortify luck potion, much to his disappointment however, whenever he tries to concoct the perfect potion and takes a swig, it just leaves him feeling exhausted. Fortunately, Fealian has recently met a very charming Altmer female at an Alchemist study group via the Mages Guild who seems all too happy to help him learn more about alchemy, and who is a potential love interest for him.

I’m thinking about a quest that mostly takes part within this building, one which starts with the PC finding the corpse of Fealian in the bedroom and turns into a murder mystery type quest with some investigative problem solving, a cipher or riddle and a romantic/thriller twist at the end which may or may not involve a showdown with a powerful vampire.

Interior notes
The top floor (3.5 x 2) is ground level which contains a bedroom and a hallway.
The first basement level (4.5 x 2) has the study and the dining area, with a hallway leading to a small pantry for food storage (128 block).
The study is where you’ll find the dagger, coda flowers and soul gem. The bowl with a spoon resting inside is on the dining table, and the broom is tucked away in the corner of the pantry. You’ll notice there is no light source in the pantry, this is to ensure the room would stay relatively cool in temperature.
The second basement level (1.5 x 1) is a small wine cellar which just contains a few bottles of Llotham, some storage containers and the required axe resting against the wall.
I aimed to stay within the bounds of a lower-class dwelling, but also wanted to experiment with placing food items and clutter around the house, particularly in the pantry and dining area, so I may have overstepped the mark with the amount of food present.
Regarding the coda flour, I noticed there we potentially 2 ways this item could believably rest on the table, one being with two petals resting on the surface with the base of the flower resting on a point, and the other being the flour resting on a single petal with the base laying flat. I wasn’t sure which one was correct, so I placed examples of both on the study cabinet near the soul gem.

Looking forward to the feedback and suggestions. Thanks.

Hi Denis,

Thanks for the review, please see the updated version attached.

These are the changes:

General

 - Floor candles removed and replaced with rope + lanterns.

- Tapestries pulled out of wall so that the knot is fully visible.

 - All 5 previous plant pots removed and replaced with 2 plant pots filled with alternating plants (I've tried to ensure petals/stalks do not bleed into each other) One in the upstaires hallway and the second in the downstaires hallway. I'm hoping the planters I've used are valid, happy to remove if not.

 - Deleted excess path grid nodes.

Bedroom

 - Dagger handle under the bed should now be resting on the bed leg.

 - Pillow added to bed.

 - Floaters on the bed have been grounded.

 - Table in the bedroom should no longer be bleeding through the ground.

 - Chest replaced with filled chest.

Hall way (Upstaires)

 - Removed excess generic plant pots and replaced with a single plant pot with multiple plants (struggled to find these before hense the over use of the single plant plot).

Living/Dining Area

 - Replaced dining table with De_FurnP table.

 - Removed alien food items, replaced with local food (to the best of my knowledge!).

 - Carpet replaced with another that I used at the other end of the hallway (assuming it's ok as it wasn't commented on last time).

 - Small chest changed to filled equivalent.

 - Removed incorrectly placed carpets.

Hallway (Downstaires)

 - Added shelf with a yellow candle box (there are still some candles on tables/shelves so I thought this might make sense).

Pantry

 - Replaced alien food items.

 - Removed expensive wood items.

 - Corrected knife balancing.

 - Added some more cheap wooden plates (stacked).

 - Replaced sack and baset with filled equivalents.

 - Bled bottom of broom into the floor slightly.

Cellar

 - Replaced containers with filled equivalents.

Thanks Denis, please see the below updates and newly attached file.

Changes:

 - Removed Pike meat and replaced with Slaughterfish meat

 - Sunk sacks slightly in the cellar

 - Locked lockbox with a lock level of 10

 - Adjusted vase on the study shelf to remove green light, and distanced the coda flowers from the candle

 - Removed flowers belonging to Skyrim from the planter on the top floor

 - Adjusted the dagger under the bed to get the middle point flush with the bed leg

Let me know if there are any more changes and I will update as needed!

Kind Regards
