Tamriel rebuilt doesnt seem to be matching up with morrowind at ebonheart lighhouse, i do have mods installed. i have tamriel rebuild. mgso, and then rebirth.

Image is too dark for me to tell what that's supposed to be, but it might be because of MGSO. Model replacers don't usually play well with other mods that also use those same models. That'd be my guess, though again I can't really see anything in that image.

We don't change any terrain on Vvardenfell and neither existing rock models, so this can't be caused by TR.

Rebirth is a probable culprit, as they also changed some vanilla trees that then interfered with TR's Firewatch layout. Try disabling that and see if the problem goes away?
