Clean: Yes
Lighting: Your base settings are too bright, sunlight should be very low, down around 10 on all settings, ambiant having some orange in it likewise is good. The downstars light_de_candle_01 is causing greenlight, just swap it with the 64 version and that should fix it
Northmarker: present, good
Fits exterior: Yes
Pathgrid: Okay, could use more nodes in parts. *
Illegal to Sleep Here: yes, correct
Gridsnap: good

Black squares, good that you did them, but hey should only be over the thing your trying to hide, in this case the platform. The ext reference you would delete from the file.
*the door at the bottom of the stairs will block altmer players the door frame itself being the issue. I'd just move the door upstairs to give some privacy to the bedroom itself
misc_com_silverware_spoon should be replaced with a wooden spoon
No object errors and well cluttered, these few issues should be a quick fix and then can get you reccomended.
