As I recently posted in Unsorted, I have revived the Children of Tamriel project which I had started so long ago. In order that my characters are a good fit for their locations, I like to do a bit of demographics research for each settlement before I start working on that settlement. What is a good, efficient way to find the following information?
A list of all settlements in TR_Mainland, updating on each release
A list of all people in a settlement (this can be one at a time as I work on them)
Theoretically if the lists don't exist I can make them myself for smaller settlements, but what would be an efficient way to do this? Preferably I would like to find a pre-existing list somewhere whenever possible. I know there is a wiki with population lists for some settlements but it appears to be out of date and quite incomplete.

I don't think there's a list for that, but there is a map for all the settlements, and population would be best found using either TES3CMD, or construction set, but the latter might be a bit tedius. Also, these questions might be better asked in the discord server, the replies will be a lot quicker there!
