This thread is for collecting information on how to do the special splitting and merging necessary to make and combine claims in TR. We will be writing up a short guide for lead developers. This guide should cover:

• How to split files
• How to merge claims into section files
• How to handle section files vs indev vs mainland vs everything else
• Where to merge files into and split them from
• Merging TR Data things
• What the usage of the various files are (tr data esm, tr_mainland esp and esm, etc)
• Where to fix which bugs

And anything else you can think of.

If you know how to do any of these things or have input, please post below. I will begin compiling a guide for these in this first post.
