I can't coc to showcase cell

Hello, I was working on my interior showcase and I wanted to see it in-game. So I attempted to use the coc council command to go to my showcase, but after I made sure I put in the correct Cell ID it did nothing. Can someone please help me understand what is happening?

If your cell name has spaces you need to surround it in quotes, i.e. coc "Old Ebonheart, Docks"
